Value Delivered
Jack helps clients find innovative solutions to managing, monitoring, and maintaining today's high-performance facilities and critical systems. At the same time, he oversees more than 220 professionals in three states, who provide operations and maintenance contract service in over 12-million square feet of space. Their work takes them into commercial offices, pharmaceutical research and development campuses, mission-critical computer centers, and numerous high-tech facilities.

Expertise
Jack's past management and mechanical experience has given him in-depth knowledge in such vital areas as engineering, budgeting, equipment upgrades, repair scheduling and coordination, and energy management. It's expertise he uses to provide clients with real solutions for their real-world problems.

For instance, he helps clients find effective ways to reduce the cost of owning and operating a full range of mechanical, electrical, and energy management systems. He also helps them protect their capital investments through accurate budgeting and improved fiscal control of operating expenses. He shows them how to minimize tenant turnover with reliable, competent technical service that ensures responsive on-site routine and preventive maintenance, and more dependable building operations. And he provides the trained and experienced manpower they need to extend the working life of their facilities' assets, so their businesses can perform at a higher level.

Jack studied technical electricity, and residential, commercial, and industrial wiring at Bucks County Technical School and business administration at Bucks County Community College. He is also a graduate of the Refrigeration Service Engineers Society's (RSES's) air conditioning, heat pump, and refrigeration course.

Jack holds the rank of chief engineer with the National Association of Power Engineers and an engineer's class "A" license for the City of Philadelphia. He also holds a universal certification from the Environmental Protection Agency, a National Electrical Code journeyman degree, and a New Jersey black seal boiler operator license. He is a member of RSES and the Building Owners and Managers Association.
