As a member of the executive team, John maintains the strong financial base that lets Fluidics continue to provide its clients with high-performance systems and services. In addition to accurate financial forecasting, planning and reporting, he and his staff oversee the purchasing and cost-control disciplines that enable the company to combine competitive pricing with consistently on-time, on-spec and on-budget project delivery. And by managing the company’s fiscal health, John enables the firm to respond effectively to clients’ constantly changing needs, while keeping their facilities comfortable and productive, and their bottom lines strong.

Expertise
John has spent more than 27 years in senior financial management positions. After four years as Audit Engagement Manager with Arthur Young and Company, he moved to Waste Management. During his 15 years there, he held various positions of steadily increasing financial and operational responsibility. He then moved to Johnson Controls as director of finance. After a promotion to senior director of operations for the company’s national operations and maintenance portfolio, he returned to Waste Management as senior director of business development, focusing on strategic acquisitions and divestitures. In 2006, he joined EMCOR as vice president and chief financial officer of Site-Based Services. His broad experience, strong leadership skills, and proven ability to align company and client financial goals led to his current position.

John graduated summa cum laude from La Salle University with bachelors’ degrees in accounting and business management. In addition to being a certified public accountant (CPA), he is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts (AICPA) and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA). A Six Sigma Champion, his expertise ranges from financial management and fiscal control to strategic planning, team building, and system design and implementation.

The Personal Side
A Philadelphia native, John and his wife, Louise, live in Bucks County with their two daughters, Christine and Amanda.
