Value Delivered
Mike ensures that clients, prospects and other key constituencies are familiar with Fluidics' full range of high-quality services, the high-performance benefits they can provide, and the significant ways in which these services can contribute to business success. To achieve this, he manages the company's sales and marketing function and develops new business initiatives, while building and strengthening Fluidics' local market image through active involvement with trade associations, business leaders, and the media.

Expertise
Mike's 30-year career has spanned the range from personnel to senior management, from Fortune 500® global corporations to entrepreneurial enterprises. After holding various personnel management positions with GE and Franklin Mint, he moved to Wells Fargo Alarm Services where he progressed up through the executive ranks to vice president, administration; vice president, operations; executive vice president, and acting president. Combining his management expertise with entrepreneurial skill, he next became president and owner of Pool Management Corporation of America and Tri-State Chemicals, two corporations that managed commercial swimming pools in PA, NJ and DE. After profitably selling these companies, he became president and owner of Home Testing Labs, a firm that offered environmental testing services and engineering inspections for homes and commercial properties. He then moved to Earth Technology Corporation, an environmental consulting and geotechnical engineering firm, where he was a senior vice president and principal, as well as executive vice president, and later, president, of Alternative Ways, Inc., a wholly owned asbestos and air-quality consulting subsidiary of Earth Technology. Immediately before joining Fluidics, he was executive vice president of Criterion Laboratories, an air-quality consulting firm serving industrial, commercial, and institutional clients in the tri-state area. His air-quality expertise brought him to Fluidics, where he was initially hired to oversee the company's entry into the indoor air-quality consulting and testing market, a position the company later expanded to include its sales and marketing activities.

Mike holds a bachelor's degree from St. Joseph's University and has completed extensive course work toward his master's in business administration at Temple University. He is an active board member and committee chairman in the Philadelphia Chapter of the Building Owners and Managers' Association. In addition, he is a member of the Apartment Association of Greater Philadelphia, the Association of Energy Engineers, the Institute of Real Estate Managers, International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineers and the International Facility Management Association.
