By ensuring smooth and efficient operation of the company's day-to-day financial transactions, Bob helps maintain the stability needed for consistent delivery of high-performance services and innovative solutions. He designs and prepares financial and management reports, oversees budgeting and auditing procedures, processes payroll and sales tax returns, and administers the company's 401k plan. He also manages the finance staff and provides technical support for the firm's information systems.

Expertise
Bob has more than 22 years of experience in the accounting and technology fields, serving a variety of manufacturing companies and accounting firms. After working with Fluidics as an accounting and computer services contractor, he joined the company full time as an information systems analyst. In this position, he helped design, install, and maintain a new financial and project management accounting system. In the process, he converted the company's previous software for use on a new hardware platform and set up management information and financial reporting systems.

Bob holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Penn State University.

The Personal Side
The father of two children, Bob is a genealogy enthusiast, who has authored several books on Pennsylvania genealogy. He also reprints and markets old Pensylvania city directories in computer format for family tree researchers.
