HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Systems
FACILITIES SERVICES VALUE DELIVERED
Fluidics provided consistently high-performance mechanical systems operation, and an optimal healthcare services delivery environment.
MECHANICAL SYSTEMS PROJECT OBJECTIVES
To ensure continuously comfortable and productive working conditions for its medical practitioners and their patients by maintaining and operating HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
MEP SOLUTIONS
To help this client achieve its objectives, Fluidics maintains and operates critical HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems in medical office buildings adjacent to Paoli, Bryn Mawr and Lankenau hospitals. To achieve this, the company provides three maintenance engineers and one chief engineer, as well as all equipment, tools, transportation and support on a 24/7 basis.
In addition, Fluidics performed HVAC retrofit work at several Main Line Health facilities. Since this work had to be done in a critical work environment, the ability to maintain comfortable temperatures, keep noise to a minimum and ensure system continuity were key factors in completing these projects on schedule. In some instances, the company worked in the evening, so physicians’ offices could function effectively during the day.
