The company also assisted in building commissioning the facility's intricate high-tech HVAC and electrical systems.
Since then, Fluidics has been under contract to operate and maintain the Center's HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. The firm was also awarded a "full maintenance" parts and labor contract on all HVAC equipment, including both the Center's state-of- the-art systems and the Academy of Music's mix of vintage and retrofitted systems.
